Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Delivery time

7–15 business days after dispatch for most destinations. Remote areas and countries with slower customs handling can take longer.

Shipping cost

Free worldwide shipping on every order. There is no minimum and no surcharge at checkout.

Duties and taxes

Some countries charge import duty, VAT, or a customs handling fee on incoming parcels. These are set by your own government, are not included in our price, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We can't calculate or prepay them, and we can't refund an order that is refused at customs.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 3–5 days to show its first scan — this is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

Delays

Customs processing, weather, and carrier backlogs can add time beyond our estimate. These are outside our control, but we track every order. If yours hasn't moved in 10 days, email us and we'll chase it.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we'll try to correct it before dispatch. Once shipped, we can't reroute a package, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect address are refunded minus the cost of shipping.

Lost or stuck packages

If tracking shows no movement for 14 days, contact us. We'll either resend your order or refund it in full.
